If you don't quite check all the boxes, but you do have a can‐do attitude and enthusiasm by the bucket load, we would encourage you to apply.A DAY IN THE LIFEAs part of the Homeowner Care team, you'll spend your day meeting with Intracorp homeowners to review requested service items, as well as conduct various hands‐on pre‐completion and post‐completion duties as scheduled by the Manager, Homeowner Care.You will:Perform repairs on work orders that do not involve a tradeUpdate service item work order status daily in the Homeowner Care system, making notes re: other issues – not warrantable items, homeowner damage,



recommended back charges etc.Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues and resolve if possible as appropriate. If not, you will communicate with the respective trade service person to schedule their attendance to remedy the issueCommunicate regularly with the Customer Service Team regarding service item status, prioritization, and timing to complete requested warranty workConduct customer orientations as requiredMeet with/supervise contractors as requiredAssess reported common area deficiencies, carry out necessary repairs, calling in contractors as appropriateOrder and maintain supplies, equipment, parts, materials needed to complete warranty work orders; submit expensesParticipate in special projects and perform other related duties as requestedOUR CULTUREOur diversity enables our creativity.
