Your New Role

As the SAP Success

Factors Test Lead, you will drive end-to-end testing activities across multiple HR modules.

You will lead SIT, UAT, and payroll testing, support business testers, manage defects in Azure Dev

Ops, and provide testing readiness updates to project leadership.

Key Responsibilities Lead Functional, SIT, UAT, and payroll testing activities.

Manage test execution, defect tracking, and reporting in Azure Dev

Ops.

Coordinate integration testing, data migration validation, and end-to-end business scenarios.

Support and guide SME testers throughout testing cycles.

Facilitate defect triage and resolution with implementation partners.

Report testing progress, risks, and go-live readiness to project leaders.

What You''ll Need to Succeed

Must-Have Requirements Experience leading testing across multiple SAP Success

Factors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting/Smart

Recruiters,



Onboarding, Performance, Goals, or Succession.

Proven experience leading Functional Testing, SIT, and UAT cycles.

Strong payroll testing experience, including parallel payroll testing.

Hands-on experience with Azure Dev

Ops for test and defect management.

Experience working with business SMEs, project teams, and vendors.

Strongmunication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.

Nice-to-Have Requirements Experience testing integrations and HR data migrations.

Experience supporting go-live, hypercare, or large HCM/ERP implementations. ISTQB or SAP Success

Factors certification.
