We are looking for an IAM/Active Directory Architect to provide specialized onsite identity and access management support for a client in Ottawa, Ontario.

This Long-term Contract opportunity focuses on hands-on administration and configuration of Open

Text (NetIQ) identity products, with a robust emphasis on delivering assigned work independently and efficiently.

The successful consultant will bring practical experience with Advanced Authentication and will contribute through task-based delivery in a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities: Carry out onsite administration and configuration activities for Open

Text (NetIQ) identity management solutions based on client-assigned priorities.

Complete defined IAM support tasks independently while maintaining accuracy, timeliness,



and alignment with operational requirements.

Configure and support Advanced Authentication components to meet security and access control needs.

Assess technical requests, determine appropriate actions, and implement changes within the client environment.

Provide hands-on expertise for identity and directory services related to IAM and Active Directory architecture.

Document completed work, configuration updates, and key technical details to support continuity and knowledge sharing.

Collaborate with client stakeholders during onsite engagements to clarify requirements and report on task progress.
