ESS Canada seeks a Second Cook to prepare and cook food in a high-volume kitchen in Smithers, BC. You will mise en place, label and rotate products, ensure safety standards, and communicate with other departments. Travel and accommodation are provided for Fly In/Fly Out rotations.
Shift is 10 hours per day with a 21 days on / 14 days off cycle. The hourly wage is CAD 22.50, with details determined during hiring. Prior cooking school certs and food safety certification are required.
