Key Responsibilities:
• Review and approve maintenance work requests
• Collaborate with production for asset readiness
• Oversee parts inventory and contractor management
• Provide job estimates and confirm completion
• Lead weekly maintenance scheduling meetings

Requirements:
• 2-5 years of planning/scheduling experience
• Mechanical and Electrical expertise required
• Relevant post-secondary degree/diploma
• Proven ability to communicate effectively
• Knowledge of maintenance operations and work order systems
