Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with daily activities and hygiene needs
• Ensure compliance with safety and resident rights policies
• Facilitate positive social interactions for residents
• Implement the resident-centered approach in care delivery




• Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment

Requirements:
• Completed an approved PSW course in Ontario
• Prior experience in long-term care is an asset
• CPR certification must be current
• Registration with Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority preferred
• Ability to communicate in Chinese is beneficial
