The Coffee Shop Manager will play a key role in creating meaningful employment and training opportunities through our Employment Program while leading teams that deliver exceptional customer experiences.What You'll DoOversee daily operations across multiple coffee shop locationsLead staffing, scheduling, training, inventory management, and orderingEnsure high standards of customer service and product qualitySupport the development and mentorship of coffee shop staffCollaborate with the Employment Program team to support participant placements and workplace skill developmentPromote the coffee shops as welcoming community hubs that reflect Ruth & Naomi's Mission and valuesSupport growth, sustainability,
