As the Shop Technician, you will be responsible for completing a variety of heavy equipment repair tasks required by our loyal customers.As the Shop Technician your key responsibilities will include:Performing mechanical maintenance on a variety of material handling equipment and machineryDiagnosing and completing equipment repairs in a timely manner, providing a variety of repair options that best meet customer needsTracking parts for ongoing service jobsCompleting work order formsCommunicating with the Shop Coordinator, Shop Lead, Service Manager, and Technical Support Center regarding service jobs and repair needsProactively identifying maintenance and repair opportunities for equipmentFollowing established warranty processesRequired Skills & QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills,
