What You'll Be Doing

Your primary role will be sheet metal and HVAC installation, including:

- Residential furnace installations
- Air conditioning installations
- Heat pump installations
- Supply and return air ductwork
- Custom plenums, transitions and fittings
- Fresh air and ventilation systems
- Furnace and equipment changeouts
- Sheet metal fabrication and installation
- Reading measurements, layouts and job requirements
- Working alongside HVAC installers, plumbers and apprentices
- Troubleshooting installation challenges and finding practical solutions
- Keeping jobsites clean and organized
- Making sure installations are completed safely, professionally and to code

We are a plumbing and HVAC company, and our workload changes throughout the year.

When we're busy with sheet metal and HVAC installations, that's your primary job.

But when there isn't a sheet-metal-heavy job on the schedule, we're looking for someone who is open to learning and helping with plumbing service work.

You don't need to be a plumber. You do need to be willing to learn.

You'll help a plumber with a water heater one day. Maybe you're learning how to troubleshoot a plumbing issue or maybe you're helping with a service call.

The goal is to become a more well-rounded tradesperson while helping the team wherever you're needed.

You Must Have

- Journeyman Sheet Metal certification
- Residential HVAC installation experience
- Solid sheet metal fabrication skills
- Experience installing furnaces and A/C systems
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Good communication skills
- A willingness to learn plumbing

Experience That Would Be an Asset
- Gas fitting experience
- Heat pump installation
- HRV/ERV installation
- Residential HVAC service
- Plumbing experience
- Water heater installation
- Boiler experience
- Experience mentoring apprentices
