Duties

- Assist in preparing detailed financial reports and dashboards using data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI to communicate key insights effectively.
- Support the analysis of financial data from various ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics GP to identify trends and opportunities.
- Conduct research on investment opportunities and market conditions relevant to our financial services portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data from databases and accounting software for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Help maintain and update databases using SQL, VBA, Microsoft Access, and other business intelligence tools to ensure data accuracy and integrity.




- Participate in auditing processes by reviewing financial transactions and compliance procedures to uphold internal controls.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects by analyzing existing processes and recommending efficiencies using analytics tools.

Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Hyperion or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel (including advanced functions), Word, PowerPoint—and Outlook for daily tasks.
- Experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI to create compelling reports.
- Knowledge of SQL, Oracle databases, or other database management systems for data extraction and analysis.
- Solid research skills combined with excellent analytical capabilities to interpret complex financial data accurately.
- Bilingual abilities in French or other languages are a plus but not required; strong communication skills are essential for collaboration across teams.

Pay: $29.32-$31.87 per hour
