Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetic Laser Technician & Clinic Coordinator who is a true "all-rounder." In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for providing top-tier medical and aesthetic laser treatments using SharpLight systems (such as Omnimax, Rapid DPC, or Rapid Phantom).

Beyond your clinical skills, you will act as the face and voice of our brand. You will manage day-to-day front-of-house operations, lead patient consultations, organize follow-up care, and actively run digital marketing ads to fuel clinic growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical & Laser Operations (40%)

- Perform a wide variety of medical and aesthetic light-based treatments using SharpLight technology (including DPC, Radio-Frequency, and Infrared/VermaDerm).
- Execute treatments safely and effectively across all indications: laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, acne clearance, vascular/pigmented lesion removal, fractional resurfacing, and body contouring.
- Conduct detailed skin analyses to customize treatment parameters based on skin types and specific goals.
- Maintain flawless documentation, medical history charting, and precise treatment logs.
- Strictly adhere to medical spa safety, sanitization, and equipment maintenance protocols.

2. Consultation & Patient Care

- Conduct comprehensive, high-conversion patient consultations to educate clients on treatment processes, realistic outcomes, and package options.




- Deliver exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling social media/website inquiries promptly.
- Proactively schedule patient appointments and arrange diligent, structured post-treatment follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Educate clients on appropriate pre- and post-care regimens and recommend medical-grade skincare retail products.

3. Marketing & Lead Generation

- Create, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns (Meta/Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads) to generate a steady stream of current patient leads.
- Track ad performance and collaborate on promotional strategies (e.g., packages, monthly specials).
- Capture high-quality "Before & After" photos/videos for social media use (with strict patient consent).

Qualifications & Requirements

- Certification: Certified Laser Technician (CLT), Medical Esthetician, or licensed healthcare professional (LPN/RN).
- Experience: of hands-on experience operating SharpLight laser systems is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with managing online ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) and clinic software .
- Communication: Flawless verbal and written communication skills; comfortable answering high volumes of inquiries and converting leads into clients over the phone.
- Traits: A self-starter who thrives when wearing multiple hats. Excellent multitasking, organizational, and soft sales skills.
