Intelligence House is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team! If you have a passion for sales and real estate, are a licensed real estate agent, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

· Actively promote and lease rental properties during scheduled operating hours

· Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants

· Respond to inquiries and follow up with potential renters

· Assist with lease applications, required paperwork, and approval communication

· Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective renters, residents and property managers

· Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings

What We’re Looking For:

· Professional real estate, leasing,



and sales experience

· A proactive and results-driven attitude

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Strong communication and customer service/closing skills

· A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are preferred
