To support this growth and optimize our manufacturing operations, Atlas Aéronautik is looking for a human resources, labor relations and OHS coordinator.
Tasks and responsibilities Support managers in their daily routine and complex management of situations related to labor relations and/or OHS (disciplinary measures, termination of employment, best practices to adopt, etc.).
Ensure compliance with laws, policies and best HR practices to adopt.
Establish a relationship of trust with managers and directors in order to become a trusted partner and thus propose solutions adapted to their realities.
Implement and improve the OHS component - best practices, working methods and internal resource optimization.
Manage OHS files in their entirety.

Communication skills
Excellent relational and analytical judgment
Training and experience University degree in industrial relations, human resources management or any other discipline relevant to the position;
Training in law, labor relations, mediation (asset);
Significant experience in supporting/coaching management personnel, in labor relations and project management;
Experience in change management
Positive knowledge of laws and regulations
Working conditions Salary to be discussed
