Oversee critical Core Research Facilities at the Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry from North Campus Edmonton, in a hybrid work model. Your focus will be on administration and financial strategy.

As the Core Research Facilities Manager, you will report to the Vice-Dean, Research (Basic). In this position, you'll ensure that seven essential facilities operate efficiently and maintain access to cutting-edge technology. Responsibilities include strategy development, financial management, and liaising with various stakeholders to foster research initiatives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage operations of seven core research facilities
• Develop and implement effective facility policies
• Lead budgeting and financial processes for the facilities




• Oversee infrastructure procurement and maintenance
• Facilitate and document user committee meetings

Requirements:
• Demonstrated management experience in research facilities
• Robust background in financial leadership and budgeting
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Dedication to enhancing research capabilities
