What ties it all together are the friendly faces you'll find along the way, the thoughtful amenities, and the delightful details that make every visit feel personal and unforgettable.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESA smooth and correct administrative operationA correct and up-dated data base within the systemWelcoming of all guestsMonitors check-ins, as well as groups, and gives total attsention and dedication to guestsTaking care of guests and concierge serviceOffers a wide amount of informationSupervises the organization and sales of guests' activities and the correct handling and chargingEffectively handles guest complaints, taking corrective action to prevent recurrence and to convert the guest into a repeat customerCo-ordinates proper actions with other departments, informs FO Manager of serious mattersCo-ordination and communication with the Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B departmentsEnsures all staff are thoroughly familiar with the Hotel's emergency procedures and in a state of preparedness for any emergency which may occurExecution of regular technical/skills trainingSetting up and maintaining ongoing training programs in the Front Office departmentFamiliar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for field of responsibilityREQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS2-5 years experience in a major hotel, and one year experience in a supervisory roleAble to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplaceGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenMost tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leaderAble to work with minimal direct supervisionBasic computational abilityBasic computer skillsKnowledge of hotel computer accounting programs, such as Room MasterAbout Us:We're more than a hospitality and attractions company.
