As a Game Marshall, your main goal is to provide a safe, fun and entertaining experience to our customers that exceeds their expectations.

Some of your tasks will include:

- Checking the players in and getting their code names
- Delivering game briefings and supervising laser tag games
- Announcing score cards at the end of games
- Setting up & Hosting birthday parties and other group events
- Helping to keep our schedule by being timely
- Ensuring that our facilities are clean and presentable.

*This role requires continuous standing, walking, listening for and monitoring marshal calls, speaking in front of large groups, being in dim lights for long periods of time, loud music & fog filled game room.

- Customer service experience in retail, entertainment, the recreational industry or other fast paced work environment
- Member of sports &/or other recreational teams in school or community
- Video gaming experience
- Experience in spending time with children of different age-groups

*Must be available on weekends and holidays
