Battelec is a Canadian company specializing in industrial batteries for electric forklift trucks, primarily using lead-acid technology. Through its division Velox, the company also develops advanced lithium battery solutions for modern applications. With operations across Canada, Battelec provides reliable products and service. We are currently recruiting a Office assistant for our Ontario service location in Mississauga.

-Answer phone (take messages/direct calls) and e-mails

-Assist with sales orders

-Assist with sales and services reports

-Assist with bills and QC creation

-Assist in receiving orders after these arrive

-Provide pricing for sales order as needed

Qualifications

-Previous experience in an administrative or office role (an asset)

-Experience with the Microsoft suites

Skills and attitudes

-Customer service skills

-Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

-Organizational and time management skills
