Love dogs? Get paid to spend your weekdays with them!

Northern Paws Dog Walking is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, dog-loving team member to join us in northwest Calgary. If you enjoy being outdoors, staying active, and caring for dogs, this could be a great part-time fit.

What you’ll do

- Visit clients’ homes to care for their dogs while they’re at work
- Take dogs on private neighbourhood walks, trail outings, and off-leash park visits
- Provide playtime, enrichment, fresh water, treats, and plenty of attention
- Take photos and write visit updates for pet parents through our app
- Help keep pet areas tidy and bring in packages when needed
- Occasionally help with local events, flyers, partnerships, and free walk promotions

What we’re looking for
- Availability at least three weekdays per week between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
- A valid driver’s licence and your own vehicle
- A smartphone for scheduling, photos, visit updates, and team communication
- A dependable, caring person who can follow each dog’s instructions closely
- Someone comfortable working independently, outdoors, and with dogs of different sizes and personalities

Pay and perks
- $18.75 per hour for dog walking visits, plus client tips
- $15 per hour for marketing activities
- $25 referral bonus for every new client you help bring in
- Paid training and Pet First Aid and CPR certification




- Flexible weekday scheduling, team contests, bonuses, and staff get-togethers

Most team members earn $180 to $1,000+ per month, depending on their availability and the number of visits booked. Hours and monthly earnings vary.
