Duties

- Perform thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and entry points
- Apply pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery safely and effectively
- Utilize various pest control methods including baiting, trapping, and chemical applications to eliminate pests
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and answer their questions clearly and professionally
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments administered, and follow-up recommendations
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery necessary for pest control procedures




- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and equipment needed for daily operations

Requirements

- Strong familiarity with hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and safety protocols related to pest control work
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members effectively
- Previous experience or knowledge in sales is a plus for promoting services and upselling solutions
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred for travel between job sites
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety regulations at all times
- Valid Pest control tech license.

Pay: $45,789.00-$68,569.95 per year
