As a Casual Dining Server, you will deliver qualified food and beverage service and prepare dining spaces before each shift. You’ll report to the Food & Beverage Manager and uphold the club’s high standards through your work. Collaborate with teammates and engage with guests to elevate their dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver warm, professional service to guests
• Prepare dining areas, including table and buffet setups
• Maintain knowledge of menu specials and offerings
• Keep service areas and glassware immaculate
• Manage accurate order entries in the JONAS system
Requirements:
• High School diploma with a preference for hospitality studies
• Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant or banquet service
• Must be 18 years or older for alcohol service
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Smart Serve Certificate necessary
