SiTime is seeking a Principal Engineer, CAD in Ottawa to provide CAD software support for Digital, Analog, and Mixed-Signal designs using Cadence, Synopsys, Siemens, and 3rd party tools. Responsibilities include tool deployment, tapeout coordination with foundries, Linux support, and performance testing of new releases. The role requires 7+ years in CMOS IC CAD support, solid scripting, and collaboration across engineering sites. #J-18808-Ljbffr
