In this role, you will work with regular guidance to elicit, document, and validate business and system requirements for low-to-medium complexity initiatives — facilitating workshops using established templates and support, and applying feedback to build your analysis and documentation skills. You will support the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the solution lifecycle, from requirements definition through testing, validation, and implementation acceptance, within Agile and hybrid delivery environments.Key ResponsibilitiesElicit, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements for standard, low-to-medium complexity initiatives, including User Stories, Business Rules, and Acceptance Criteria, under regular guidance from senior analystsSupport the translation of business needs into structured system and technical requirements, ensuring requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with business objectivesFacilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions using established templates and support from senior team membersAssist in interfacing between business stakeholders and technical teams (development, data, architecture, vendors)



to clarify requirements and expected outcomesSupport the review and validation of solution designs against documented requirements and business rulesDraft clear acceptance criteria for standard scenarios, incorporating feedback to improve documentation qualityProduce accurate documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Business Rules, subject to reviewDocument defects, gaps, and change requests, escalating for review and resolution as neededSupport the preparation of Statements of Work (SOWs), including scope, requirements, assumptions, and dependenciesAssist the Project Manager and cross-functional teams with planning, scope tracking, and change management activitiesActively participate in process improvement initiatives and apply feedback to continuously develop analysis and documentation skillsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst (or equivalent experience)Growing experience in business analysis and system analysis within IT environments, including exposure to system integration, data flows, and application architecturesExperience documenting user stories, business rules,
