Summary

Seasonal Team Members provide high-touch client service during the holiday season, supporting sales staff and enhancing the in-store experience. They assist with hospitality, point-of-sale tasks, engraving, inventory and other operational needs to help ensure smooth store operations.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist clients, delivering a memorable in-store experience.
- Improve client experience through hospitality and personalized service.
- Assist with engraving station and manage floor waiting lists when applicable.
- Maintain hospitality areas, keeping them stocked, orderly and clean.
- Communicate potential service issues to management and support after-sales servicing.
- Support sales team with boxing, wrapping,



replenishing POS and performing POS functions.
- Assist operations with policies, inventory counts and special projects as needed.

Requirements

- Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Previous retail, luxury retail or client-facing experience (e.g., hospitality).
- Strong verbal and written communication, client service skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base in a rapid-paced, changing environment.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
