Hand & Paw Cleaning and Pet Care Services is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our team!

We’re a little different from a traditional cleaning company. Hand & Paw was built around the idea that a clean home and a well-cared-for pet can go hand in hand. Our clients trust us with both their homes and their animals, so we’re looking for someone who takes that responsibility seriously.

- Has skilled residential cleaning experience
- Genuinely loves animals and is comfortable working around cats and dogs of different sizes and personalities
- Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in their work
- Is reliable, punctual and communicates well
- Can work independently and follow client-specific instructions
- Is comfortable with the physical requirements of cleaning, including bending, lifting, reaching and being on their feet
- Treats clients’ homes, belongings and pets with care and respect
- Is willing to learn Hand & Paw’s cleaning standards and procedures

The Role

Your primary responsibility will be providing high-quality residential cleaning services for Hand & Paw clients. Depending on the appointment, you may also work in homes with pets or assist with pet-care-related services.

Cleaning services may include regular maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning,



move-in/move-out cleaning and other detailed cleaning tasks.

Pet care services may include litter box changes or scooping, dog walking, pet check-ins, feeding and medication administration.

Because many of our clients are pet owners, confidence and kindness around animals are essential for this position.
