Tu as de l'expérience en comptes recevables et tu apprécies particulièrement la partie application des paiements, réconciliation et analyse des écarts?

Tu es à l'aise avec Excel et les environnements où le volume de transactions est important?

Une importante organisation spécialisée en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement est actuellement à la recherche d'un ou une Spécialiste aux encaissements pour rejoindre son équipe finance située au centre-ville de Montréal.

Dans ce rôle, tu seras principalement responsable de l'application et de la réconciliation d'un volume important de paiements provenant de plusieurs clients, régions et unités d'affaires.

Tu travailleras notamment sur les paiements EFT/TEF, ACH, virements et autres méthodes de paiement, tout en utilisant Excel pour analyser les fichiers de remise, identifier les écarts et assurer une application précise des encaissements.

Il ne s'agit pas d'un poste axé sur le recouvrement : le cœur du rôle est réellement le Cash Application et la réconciliation des comptes.

Bureau situé au centre-ville de Montréal, proche de la station de métro McGill

3 semaines de vacances

Tes responsabilités :

Appliquer quotidiennement les paiements clients aux factures correspondantes

Effectuer les réconciliations de comptes

Analyser les écarts tels que les paiements insuffisants, excédentaires, déductions et encaissements non affectés

Collaborer avec les équipes internes de crédit, recouvrement et finance afin de résoudre les écarts





Participer à l'amélioration et à l'automatisation des processus de Cash Application

Profil recherché :

Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en Cash Application, comptes recevables ou fonction comptable similaire

Expérience dans un environnement transactionnel à haut volume

Profil minutieux, analytique et organisé

Expérience en environnement B2B considérée comme un atout

Compétences requises :

Bonne maîtrise d'Excel, notamment les recherches, tableaux croisés dynamiques et formules

Expérience avec un système ERP; Microsoft Dynamics 365 est un atout

Français et anglais courants pour les échanges réguliers avec les équipes et clients à travers le Canada

Cash Application Specialist

A leading supply chain organization is currently looking for an Cash Application Specialist to join its finance team located in downtown Montreal.

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for applying and reconciling a high volume of payments across multiple customers, regions and business units.

You will work with EFT payments, ACH payments, wire transfers and other payment methods, while using Excel to analyze remittance files, identify discrepancies and ensure accurate cash application.





This is not a collections-focused position: the core of the role is truly centered around Cash Application and account reconciliation.

Salary between $58K and $60K

Monday to Friday schedule, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Hybrid work model: work from home on Mondays and Fridays

Office located in downtown Montreal, near McGill metro station

3 weeks of vacation

Your responsibilities:

Apply customer payments to the corresponding invoices on a daily basis

Perform account reconciliations

Analyze discrepancies such as short payments, overpayments, deductions and unapplied cash

Collaborate with internal credit, collections and finance teams to resolve discrepancies

Participate in the improvement and automation of Cash Application processes

Profile we are looking for:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Cash Application, accounts receivable or a similar accounting function

Experience working in a high-volume transactional setting

Detail-oriented, analytical and organized

Experience in a B2B environment is considered an asset

Required skills:

Good command of Excel, including lookup functions, pivot tables and formulas

Experience working with an ERP system; Microsoft Dynamics 365 is considered an asset

Fluency in French and English for regular communication with teams and clients across Canada
