Our office is involved in a broad and dynamic range of projects, including commercial, mixed-use, retail, industrial, hospitality, public, and healthcare developments. Working closely with Project Managers, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams, you'll play a key role in delivering thoughtful, accurate, and high-quality technical documentation.Beyond project delivery, we're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, collaborating with others, and sharing their expertise. You'll have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, influence how projects come together, and make a meaningful impact on both our work and our growing Toronto studio. Healthcare projects experience is required.Here is what you'll be doing at Kasian:Prepare cartoon sets and production plans; oversee production management and reporting functionsLead, develop, prepare, and review Design Development Drawings (DD) and outline specificationsLead, develop, prepare, and review Contract Documents (CD) and specificationsEnsure coordination of consultant documentation with respect to project criteria, client program, drawings,
