You'll take ownership of jobsite setup, execution, communication, and follow-through, while helping uphold and improve the systems and standards that drive our work.This role is ideal for someone who is already comfortable leading jobs or is ready to step into leadership quickly.ResponsibilitiesLead residential and light commercial power washing and soft washing jobsDeliver high-quality results on siding, brick, decks, fences, driveways, and related exterior surfacesManage jobsites from setup through completionCommunicate clearly and professionally with homeownersIdentify on-site issues and upsell opportunities when appropriateFollow company systems, checklists,
