Key Responsibilities

Conduct extensive research and utilize advanced search methodologies to identify passive and active candidates for technology roles.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions and critical skill sets.

Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to understand specific role requirements and candidate profiles.





Track sourcing activities and report on key metrics to optimize outreach strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, with a strong focus on technology roles.

Proficiency with various sourcing tools, social media platforms, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.

Self-motivated and able to work effectively independently in a remote setting.
