Retail Specialist – Vape Club

Vape Club is looking for a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Specialist to join our team at our retail location.

As a Retail Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, helping customers find products that meet their needs, maintaining an organized and welcoming store environment, and developing strong knowledge of our products and services.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate vaping devices, e-liquids, accessories, and other products
- Explain product features, specifications, proper use, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain strong knowledge of current products, brands, and industry trends
- Process customer transactions accurately using the store's point-of-sale system
- Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions responsibly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
- Restock shelves and maintain accurate and organized inventory
- Check product displays and ensure merchandise is properly presented
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable age-verification requirements
- Participate in product training and staff meetings as required
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including store and cash procedures
- Work effectively as part of a team while also being able to work independently

Requirements




- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Previous vape shop, specialty retail, or related experience is an asset
- Strong knowledge of vaping products and accessories is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and approachable personality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must meet all applicable legal age requirements for employment in a vape retail environment
