Nortex Roofing Ltd. is looking for an Experienced Roofing Estimator to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area. full time, on-site position for someone with solid experience in commercial and industrial roofing estimating who can confidently review drawings and specifications, complete take-offs, prepare detailed estimates, and coordinate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities:

Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and addenda Perform accurate quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates Prepare competitive bids, quotations, and detailed proposals Obtain and review supplier and subcontractor pricing

Identify scope requirements, exclusions, and potential project risks Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings when required Coordinate with project managers and the operations team during project handover





Maintain organized estimating records and follow up on submitted bids Qualifications:

Min 3–5 years of roofing estimating experience Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and negotiation skills Comfortable working with standard estimating and Microsoft Office tools Knowledge of the GTA construction and roofing market is an asset
