Reception Team CoordinatorLocation: Vancouver, BCCompensation: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experienceResponsibilitiesDirect involvement in onboarding, orientation and training for new CSRs/Liaisons. Provides clear training objectives and timelines for acquiring skills.Assistance with organization, leadership and roll‐out of hospital‐wide initiativesParticipates in the development of VAERC Standards of Care/SOPsParticipates in the development of VAERC Technical Training ManualCreates an inspiring team environment and models a culture of open communicationProvides positive feedback and associate recognition frequently, in person or via Recognize AppAssists with identifying performance improvement opportunities, and provides support/training/skill developmentWhen schedule permits, attends recruitment sessions at local educational institutions to discuss student opportunities at VAERCAssists with maintaining hospital safety standards and brings concerns forward to the Health & Safety CommitteeEnsures quarterly/bi‐annual CSR team meetings are scheduled and carried out in a timely mannerSubmits a weekly in‐person or written update to senior leadership to address progress or needs to the CSR teamAdministrative DutiesProduces CSR/Liaison schedules with advance notice, ensuring equal and fair rotations for all full‐time staff members and adequate coverage for time‐off requests. Works closely with other hospital schedulers to ensure adequate coverage.With GM/AGM support,
