Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Skilled Labourer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, and able to work independently or alongside experienced tradespeople. You’ll be involved in a wide range of renovation projects, from demolition and framing to finishing work.

Responsibilities

- Assist with framing, drywall, flooring, trim, and general carpentry tasks
- Perform demolition, cleanup, and site preparation
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Support lead carpenters on builds and installations
- Maintain a clean and organized job site




- Communicate clearly with team members and clients when needed

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in carpentry, renovations, or a related trade
- Skilled with common construction tools and techniques
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the shop or job sites
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in various conditions
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
