We are seeking a Senior Solutions Designer with strong experience in Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing technology solutions, translating business requirements into functional and technical designs, developing application flows, and creating business architecture artifacts.

Must Have

- At least 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies.
- Experience developing business design documents, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements.
- Experience developing high-level application flows to support business requirements.
- Experience developing functional design documents.
- 7+ years of experience in Siebel and Adobe AEM solution implementation.
- Demonstrated experience creating and updating business architecture artifacts.

Nice to Have

- Experience with the Public Sector Transfer Payment (Grant) Model would be an asset.
- Experience ensuring that corporate QA standards are followed and maintained would be an asset.

Description

Responsibilities

- Undertake the design of hosting technology solutions based on the client's service specifications, standards, policies, best practices, and cost models in order to meet client application business requirements and project/initiative deliverables.

General Skills

- Knowledge of integrated networking technologies, mainframe, midrange server, enterprise storage and SAN, and personal computer system technologies.
- Knowledge of related best practices, OPS directory/messaging standards, standard facilities infrastructure/architecture management, facility service delivery processes, infrastructure policies, procedures and direction, cost models, and procurement processes.
- Ability to gather client business requirements, corporate I⁢ information mandates, client information technology strategic plans, environment, and standards.
- Ability to participate in the development of solutions and provide advice on short- and long-term solution service development activities.
- Knowledge of leading-edge technology design criteria, security and recovery procedures, and preparation of technical specifications for installation, testing, and performance of integrated, multi-service systems.
- Ability to assess performance and capacity of existing systems, make recommendations for improving performance, and develop technical documentation.
- Experience planning,



migrating, implementing, and sustaining large, complex system development projects.
- Knowledge of technology developments, trends, and new products to evaluate their application to client short- and long-term technology requirements.
- Basic knowledge of project management methodology, such as PMBOK, analytical tools, and processes.
- Conceptual and analytical skills to assess and evaluate client needs and conduct cost/benefit analyses for new technology requirements in planning and designing solutions.
- Experience designing and developing large, complex, highly available, mission-critical server applications.
- Experience with systems evaluation to assess conditions, technical performance, and capacity of existing systems and determine the need and feasibility of expansion, renovation, or replacement.

Experience And Skill Set Requirements Technical Solution and Development Skills – 40%

- At least 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies.
- Experience developing business design documents, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements.
- Experience developing high-level application flows to support business requirements.
- Experience developing functional design documents.
- Experience creating detailed process flows and developing high-level screen designs that map process steps to actual views in software solutions.
- Experience with solutions and designs incorporating user experience and accessibility (WCAG/AODA).
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Experience developing user personas and user journey maps.
- Experience analyzing user feedback and designing solutions to address user issues and pain points.
- Experience creating wireframes and high-fidelity mock-ups using UI prototyping software such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Experience researching and applying industry best practices.
- Demonstrated experience developing use cases, including business/system use cases, and identifying and documenting business rules.
- Demonstrated experience with the creation and analytical process of business requirement documents.
- Demonstrated experience identifying risks and providing solutions.
- Demonstrated experience creating quality assurance plans and writing test cases.




- Experience working on Oracle Policy Automation (OPA)/Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) is a robust asset.

Technology Skills – 35%

- Demonstrated experience with change management methodologies.
- 7+ years of experience in Siebel and Adobe AEM solution implementation.
- Demonstrated experience documenting test strategies, scenarios, and plans for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Demonstrated experience creating and updating business architecture artifacts.
- Demonstrated experience with Rational Unified Process (RUP).
- Experience developing application view visibility and CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) matrices.
- Experience developing application screen mock-ups and screen flows and translating screen designs and workflows into wireframes and/or prototypes.

Soft Skills – 20%
