Job Summary:

The Senior Full Stack Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale multi-client web applications. This role involves working across the full technology stack, including front-end, back-end, database design, and DevOps, ensuring scalable, high-performance solutions. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development life cycle to deliver robust, tested applications aligned with business requirements. Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and expand data pipelines through extraction, transformation, and loading activities.
- Translate technical specifications into working, tested software applications.
- Develop detailed programming specifications, write code, compile data-driven programs, and maintain applications.
- Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot technical issues during software operation and deployment.
- Collaborate with IT professionals and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality delivery.
- Design and implement front-end interfaces and back-end services, including REST APIs.
- Ensure applications are designed for speed, scalability, and maintainability using modern design patterns.
- Participate in continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct design walkthroughs and contribute to documentation efforts.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- 10+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale multi-client web applications.
- 10+ years hands-on Java development experience with Oracle or SQL databases.
- 5+ years experience with REST API, React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and NodeJS.
- Proficiency in front-end frameworks including RXJS,



NextJS, VueJS, and AngularJS.
- Strong knowledge of microservice architecture and core architectural principles.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Expertise in object-oriented programming, design patterns, clean code, and refactoring.
- Solid understanding of security protocols such as JWT, OAuth 2.0, and SSL certificates.
- Robust SQL skills with experience in Oracle and SQL Server databases.
- Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience with blockchain and smart contract development using Solidity.
- Familiarity with message-oriented, reactive, and event-based architectural styles.
- Knowledge of rapid application development (RAD) methodologies.
- Understanding of Information Management principles and policies.
- Experience with middleware, gateways, and product installation scripting.
- Knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and WCAG compliance.
- Experience with Java WebLogic, Tomcat, EJB, and Servlet technologies.
- Prior experience in public sector or OPS environments.
- Fundamental knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
