Job Title: Qualified Sr, Engineering - Avionics Systems
Location: Dorval, QC

How to thrive in this role?

- You hold a university degree in Electrical, Electronics, Software, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
- Current or candidate-for DAD / DAR status preferred. (Has met the requirements of Transport Canada AWM 505 "Delegation of Authority" 505.409).
- You are familiar with and have a working relationship with TCCA, EASA or FAA.
- You are knowledgeable with civil airworthiness FAR Part 25 avionics regulations and industry advisory material including RTCA and ARP documents for applicable TCCA, EASA and FAA avionics certification requirements.
- You have extensive working experience with system design,



test and certification requirements of aircraft auto flight, communication, navigation including FMS, indicating/recording systems, onboard maintenance systems, etc.
- Knowledge and/or Experience in Integrated Modular Avionics (IMA) systems.
- You are familiar with the industry standards DO-178, DO-160, DO-254, ARP4754 and ARP4761.
- You have strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- You have excellent problem-solving skills, work planning structure and prioritization.
- You can work well in a team environment.
- You are willing to travel.
