Gaya Korean Restaurant is hiring a F/T Restaurant Manager.

- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $33.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:

- Oversee and manage the overall operations of the restaurant
- Define the range of services offered and implement effective operational procedures to enhance service quality
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards
- Develop and manage staff schedules while monitoring productivity and overall work performance
- Maintain inventory control, track revenues, and adjust pricing and procedures as needed
- Address customer concerns promptly and ensure compliance with health, safety,



and sanitation regulations
- Establish and negotiate agreements with suppliers to secure food and other essential supplies at competitive rates

Job requirements:

- Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service field including supervisory experience are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
