This role will support enterprise planning, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis across a diverse group of business units.This is an individual contributor role suited to a finance professional with strong modeling capability, experience working in a multi-entity environment, and the ability to turn large volumes of financial and operational data into clear, actionable insight. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and longer-range planning activities across multiple business unitsBuild, update, and maintain financial models covering income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and capital spending assumptionsAnalyze monthly and quarterly performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods, highlighting key drivers, trends, risks, and areas of opportunityPrepare recurring management reporting, dashboards, KPI packages, and presentation materials for leadership stakeholdersDeliver ad hoc analysis related to operations, pricing, margins, productivity, and business case developmentPartner with finance, accounting, and operational leaders to validate assumptions, interpret performance, and support business decisionsMaintain and improve reporting tools, planning templates, and model structures to support consistency and efficiencyAssist with process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardization efforts across FP&
- A activitiesWork with large and varied data sets, including extraction, validation, reconciliation, and documentation of reporting logicQualifications5+ years of progressive experience in FP&
- A, corporate finance, business analysis, accounting, or a similar finance-focused roleStrong financial modeling and advanced Excel capabilitiesProven experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis,



and management reportingExperience in multi-entity or complex operating environmentsStrong communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholdersCPA, CFA, MBA, or progress toward a relevant designation is an asset.
