Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of infection control and sterilization protocols to ensure patient safety and smooth clinic operations.

- Ensures dental instruments and equipment are clean and germ-free for patient and staff safety
- Performs sterilization procedures (cleaning, sterilizing, handling, and inspecting instruments)
- Implements strict infection control measures
- Maintains the sterilization area and documents the sterilization processes
- Stocks and organizes necessary supplies
- Supports a safe and efficient dental practice by preventing infections and ensuring equipment readiness

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience is required.
- Robust organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and instrument management.
- Flexibility to work weekends.
- Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is an asset.
