Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a System Analyst (Level 3), for one of our key government clients.

Candidate MUST Have The Following

- A valid security clearance at the level of Reliability;
- A minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a System Analyst planning, designing and implementing information systems. Analyzing, designing, developing and testing various programming systems, including coding, testing, debugging and documenting programs;
- A minimum of ten (10) years experience analyzing and supporting developing and supporting enterprise information systems;
- A minimum five (5) years hands on coding experience within the last seven (7) years using: JCL, Batch Programming, SQL, MF processing;
- A minimum five (5) years experience supporting data conversion and migration projects.

Experience with: Source-to-target mapping, Data transformation rules, Legacy data analysis, Historical data migration,



Data reconciliation activities; and

- A minimum of five (5) years experience developing and executing: Production implementation plans, Cutover plans, Rollback procedures, Experience supporting production releases and conversion activities.

Candidate Should Have The Following Demonstrated Experience

- Development and Support of Enterprise Information Systems;
- Mainframe and Batch Processing;
- Data Conversion and Migration; and
- Production Conversion Implementation.
