Role Description This part-time Team Lead/Key Holder role is an on-site position located in Regina, SK.

The Team

Lead/Key Holder supports daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, securing the premises, and handling cash management responsibilities. The role involves leading by example on the sales floor, providing inclusive and proactive customer service, coaching team members during shifts, and helping to meet sales and productivity goals.

The Team

Lead/Key Holder also assists with merchandising, replenishing stock, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines. Additional responsibilities include supporting training activities, communicating store priorities,



and promoting The Body Shop’s values and campaigns to customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

- Experience in retail or customer service, with the ability to deliver engaging, solution-focused support to a diverse range of customers.
- Leadership and teamwork skills, including experience guiding colleagues on shift, providing feedback, and fostering a respectful, inclusive work environment.
- Operational skills related to key holding, such as opening/closing the store, cash handling, point-of-sale systems, and adherence to safety and loss prevention procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with customers and management.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks, maintain store standards, and support merchandising and inventory activities.
- Interest in ethical beauty, sustainability, and social responsibility, with a willingness to learn about The Body Shop products and values.
- Availability to work a versatile part-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Previous key holder or supervisory experience in a retail environment is an asset but not required.
