Join our dynamic team as a Woodworker and bring craftsmanship to life through precise and innovative woodworking projects. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Wood Worker to join our production team. The successful candidate will manufacture, process, assemble, and finish wood products while operating woodworking machinery safely and efficiently. The candidate must be able to work independently while maintaining quality standards and production schedules.

Responsibilities

- Operate woodworking machinery including saws, planers, sanders, routers, moulders, and CNC equipment as required.
- Set up, adjust, and monitor wood processing machines.
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, drawings, and production specifications.
- Measure, cut, shape, drill, and assemble wood components.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of woodworking equipment.
- Replace cutting tools and machine components as required.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Identify defects and make machine adjustments to improve product quality.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and production staff to meet deadlines.

Experience





- Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating woodworking machinery or in wood manufacturing.
- Experience with CNC woodworking equipment is an asset.

Skills

- Knowledge of woodworking tools and machinery.
- Ability to read blueprints and production drawings.
- Solid measuring and mathematical skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
