Senior Manager / Director of Finance

Location: Toronto, ON Hybrid
Duration: 4 Months Possible Extension Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager / Director of Finance to serve as the primary finance leader for US Molybdenum Operations, providing operational finance leadership, governance, financial oversight, and decision support across LMC and TCM. Key Responsibilities

Lead finance operations across LMC and TCM, ensuring compliance with corporate accounting policies, GAAP, SOX 404, and internal control standards.

Oversee site-level accounting, financial reporting, and monthly/quarterly/annual close activities.

Maintain accountability for financial results, management reporting, consolidation submissions, and external reporting deliverables.

Own SOX compliance, including control design, documentation, testing, remediation, and coordination with Internal and External Audit.

Partner with Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Procurement leadership on financial decision-making.

Provide finance leadership for SAP financial modules and related systems, ensuring data integrity, configuration,



and corporate compliance.

Drive finance process improvements through automation, standardization, enhanced SAP utilization, and reduced manual processes. Nice-to-Have / Additional Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the finance management team, including the LMC Financial Reporting Manager, LMC FP&A; Manager, and TCM Finance Manager.

Oversee cash management and working capital, including cash-flow forecasting, receivables, payables, inventory, and coordination with Corporate Treasury.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for LMC and TCM, aligning operational plans, commercial assumptions, and financial outcomes. Key Skills
