We're looking for a kind, reliable, and experienced PSW to support our father, an 85-year-old gentleman who lives on his own in a secure condo in Mississauga. He is lucid, friendly, and independent, with early-stage Alzheimer's and diabetes (managed without insulin). He enjoys his walks and his independence, and we want to help him keep both. Schedule: Daily, 2 hours each morning, 7 days a week. We're open to two caregivers sharing weekdays and weekends. Duties: Check and record his weight, blood pressure, and blood sugar in a daily log Make sure he takes his morning medications (blister-packed) Prepare a healthy breakfast after his meds Prompt and support him to shower and change 2-3 times a week Go for a short walk with him and keep him company Send a brief daily update to the family Requirements: Speak either Arabic or Farsi. Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's clients CPR/First Aid preferred
