Printing Press Operator - Flexible Packaging

Location: Mississauga, ON
Pay: $18-$20/hour, based on experience
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Shift

Day: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Night: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Monthly rotation between day and night shifts.

We are hiring an experienced Printing Press Operator with 2+ years of hands-on printing press experience.

Experience in flexible packaging, flexographic/flexo printing, or industrial printing is strongly preferred.

What You'll Do

- Operate and monitor printing press equipment
- Set up and adjust the printing press
- Perform machine adjustments and changeovers
- Monitor print quality, colour, ink, and registration
- Perform quality checks during production
- Identify and report equipment or production issues
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

What We Need

- 2+ years of Printing Press Operator experience
- Hands-on experience with press setup, operation, and adjustments
- Experience with flexographic/flexo, gravure,



or industrial printing presses
- Experience with W&H;, Miraflex, Uteco, Heidelberg, or Gravure equipment is preferred
- Versatile packaging experience is an asset
- Good English communication
- Basic math and measuring tape skills
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including some weekends
