Key Responsibilities:
Own and evolve the GTM systems architecture across Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, ZoomInfo and related tools
Lead the design, governance, and optimization of data orchestration workflows using LeanData
Design and execute an operational roadmap focused on scaling B2B demand generation
Build automated lifecycle processes for lead scoring, enrichment, qualification, and handoffs using LeanData, Zapier, Clay, Segment, and AI agents
Implement agentic workflows (automated follow-ups, enrichment, SDR assistance) in Outreach and Salesforce




Manage data governance and build AI-informed dashboards on pipeline, lead velocity, conversion, and campaign effectiveness
Senior marketing operations experience in B2B SaaS or fintech
Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData and Segment
Experience partnering with RevOps, Sales Systems, and Engineering
Experience supporting partner/VAR motions through attribution, routing and co-marketing workflows
Curiosity about new tools and AI capabilities for GTM infrastructure
Salary: CA$119,200–CA$149,000 per year
