Key Responsibilities:
Execute paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads with accuracy and consistency
Pace and manage multi-million dollar monthly budgets with precision across accounts
Maintain large-scale campaign structures, including keyword management, bid strategies, ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting
Track, analyze, and present campaign performance, proactively surfacing insights and resolving issues
Support A/B tests and marketing experiments with Data Science,
Analytics, and Product teams
3-6 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
Experience managing large paid search budgets ($5M+ monthly spend preferred)
Robust analytical skills optimizing toward CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, and CAC
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for analysis, budget tracking, and reporting
Ability to follow detailed operational processes and SOPs with accuracy
Salary: CA$101,000–CA$106,500 per year
