Job Title: Counter Customer Service Representative (CCSR)
Location: Saint John, NB

Salary: $17.00-18.00/hour

Our client in Saint John, NB is actively looking for a Counter Customer Service Representative (CCSR) to join their team.

Position Description:

- Provide high-level customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders efficiently
- Sell merchandise over the counter while ensuring an excellent customer experience
- Provide technical support on product selection and application
- Maintain service quality by following company standards and procedures
- Assist with merchandising, including stocking and displaying products
- Track out-of-stock items and recommend replenishment
- Maintain inventory controls and process stock location requests
- Prepare and process customer orders, including picking, packing, and staging for delivery
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist in warehouse activities such as receiving, picking, and shipping products
- Maintain a clean and protected work environment in compliance with company policies




- Provide timely feedback to management regarding customer needs and market insights
- Participate in on-call rotation if required
- Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum Grade 12 education; post-secondary education is an asset
- 1–3 years of related experience preferred
- Electrical or comm/data product knowledge is considered an asset
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Basic mathematical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable using computers and various operating systems
- Forklift certification is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Demonstrates accountability, integrity, and dependability
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and teamwork skills
- Adaptable, motivated, and eager to learn
