Title: Technical Writer / Technical Documentation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation in alignment with established templates, standards, and branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers to gather documentation requirements and validate accuracy and usability.Manage and organize documentation
- within SharePoint, ensuring proper version control, accessibility, and logical site structure.
- Maintain and enhance SharePoint sites and associated Azure Automation workflows that support documentation lifecycle processes.
- Edit and format existing documents to ensure consistency with company templates and industry best practices.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work closely with engineering, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure documentation reflects current systems, configurations, and procedures.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot scripts (PowerShell, command-line tools) to support documentation generation and automation.
- Ensure documentation remains current, accurate, and compliant with change management and operational updates.
- Create and manage change controls, incidents, and tasks in alignment with IT service management processes.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- 3 5 years of experience in technical writing or technical documentation,
preferably in IT, infrastructure, or enterprise technology environments.
- 3 5 years of professional experience demonstrating exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- 3 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, including advanced formatting, templates, and basic data manipulation.
- 3 5 years of experience working with Windows operating systems and common enterprise technologies.
- 2 4 years of experience using SharePoint for document management, collaboration, and site maintenance.
- 1 3 years of hands-on experience with Azure Automation or similar workflow automation tools.
- 2 4 years of experience writing, reading, and maintaining PowerShell and command-line scripts.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- 1 2 years of exposure to additional programming or scripting languages (e.g., C#, Python).
- Experience working in Agile and/or DevOps environments.
- Foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including networking, servers, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with version control systems and documentation tools such as Git, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
