Star Motors of Ottawa is looking for a professional, friendly, and dependable Part-Time Sales Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will take pride in being the welcoming face of our Mercedes-Benz dealership; who consistently delivers the professional, high-quality experience our customers expect, while supporting the daily administrative needs of our dealership.

Responsibilities Include:

- Greet customers warmly and provide an unmatched level of customer service.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and welcoming manner at all times.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally and politely.
- Take accurate messages and ensure they are forwarded promptly.
- Process cash and credit card transactions quickly and accurately.
- Perform data entry and general clerical/administrative duties.
- Provide support to the Sales Department and assist other departments as required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the dealership's business attire standards.
- Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently in a busy dealership environment.

- Reliable, dependable, and hardworking with a strong work ethic.




- Exceptional telephone manner and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and listening communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is considered an asset.
- Bilingual is considered an asset
- Previous reception, administrative, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Must have own transportation.

Part-Time Schedule:

The successful candidate MUST be available to work a combination of:

- Tuesdays & Thursdays: 7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- Mondays & Wednesdays: 12:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Alternate Fridays: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
