Pay Rate: $21.70/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday

Afternoon Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM

Looking for a full-time forklift opportunity

We are currently hiring an experienced Forklift Operator (Reach & Dock Stocker) for our client in Brampton, Ontario.

This is a hands-on warehouse and factory position involving the safe operation of powered industrial trucks to load, unload, move, lift, stack, and transport products, materials, and equipment throughout the facility.

Job Responsibilities

You may be responsible for:

- Loading and unloading skids/pallets on and off trailers and transporting materials to various areas within the plant.
- Safely placing and removing skids from assigned bunks.
- Ensuring accurate counts of materials being received and shipped.
- Wrapping and strapping completed skids from the production line.
- Operating a forklift to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, and move products, equipment, and materials.
- Working on the production assembly line when required.
- Following all workplace safety procedures and exercising care for personnel, property, and materials.
- Entering data into company systems as directed.
- Completing daily equipment maintenance checks and reporting issues or problems to the Manager.




- Cleaning and organizing the work area at the end of the shift as directed.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

- Primarily working in a factory and/or warehouse setting.
- Fast-paced material-handling and production environment.
- Regular forklift operation and movement of materials throughout the facility.
- Standing, walking, bending, and physical activity may be required throughout the shift.
- Safety-focused work environment.

Who We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of forklift driving experience.
- Valid Forklift License for Reach and Dock Stocker.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Computer literate, including Word and Excel applications.
- Knowledge of warehouse software applications.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving documentation.
- Knowledge of inventory procedures is an asset.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a warehouse/factory workplace.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to safely operate a forklift throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and move materials as required.




- Comfortable performing physical tasks in a warehouse and factory environment.

Pre-Employment Requirements

- Valid Reach and Dock Stocker Forklift License is required.
- CSA-approved steel-toe safety shoes are required.
